Beginning Running
Whether you're looking for the perfect

Intermediate Running Programs from Ignite!
Ignite! will help you take running to the next level. Have 2 Half - our half marathon program
for 5k runners begins in the spring and runs through March. This program is also available
for runners in cooler areas beginning in January to peak for Fall Half Marathons.
Custom Running Coaching
Do you have a need not covered by our beginning or intermediate running programs? Training
for a marathon or an ultra? Want to start when a class isn't available? Have a specific problem
you need to solve? Our custom coaching packages are available to meet your needs.
Runners' Xtra
If you're looking to improve your performance and run injury free, cross-training (strength,
balance and functional training) is a great investment to make. BUT, you want cross-training
that's built for runners. At Ignite!, we design programs FOR runners, BY runners. We won't
waste your time, but we'll provide programs that help you meet your running goals!
