We often think that we don't have the time or energy for our own health while going about our busy lives of work, family and community. We neglect ourselves, thinking we're too busy or too tired or too unimportant to eat right, work out and protect our long-term physical well-being. Then, neglect becomes habit and we get to the point that it's hard to get back to caring for ourselves.
The truth is that after only a week or two of regular exercise, you find that making time for yourself pays you back ten-fold in energy. As you become more fit, the rest of your day becomes easier. Small children, laundry and groceries feel lighter and it doesn't seem to take so much out of you to get through the day's chores.
Ignite! is offering several Boot-Camp style classes to help you make exercise a part of your weekly routine. We'll use a variety of activities, indoors and out, to keep you challenged and having fun. Classes will incorporate yoga, step, old style callisthenics, dance, Pilates, weights and kickboxing and many others types of activities.
