We often start neglecting ourselves by neglecting our bodies. I know I did! Before I was ready to
deal with my "growing problem," I was 65 pounds overweight. My ski clothes didn't fit. My kayak
didn't fit! I was miserable and it affected my marriage. Four
years later, I'm healthy and fit and filled with joy and enthusiasm.
Getting in shape is hard work. It takes commitment and discipline, and most of all, knowledge.
That's where personal training comes in. I won't just show you some exercises and leave you to
it. I'm here to help. I'll bring the knowledge if you bring the commitment. Together, we'll build
the habits and discipline that can get you in shape!
How can you use personal training in your fitness program?

Weekly training sessions. Train once, twice or three times a week. You'll find yourself
reaching new fitness levels more quickly than you thought possible. Let your trainer
help you with compliance in workouts and nutrition.

Monthly training sessions. Continual change and progression are the keys to reaching
your fitness goals. The same old program month after month minimizes your results and
doesn't provide the stimulation you need to keep going. Let Ignite! help you re-design
your program every month, show you new and fresh exercises and recommend a shake-up
for your cardio. Continue working out on your own the rest of the month or schedule
more sessions for more exciting exercise options.
