Running Start!Ignite's Accelerated Beginner's Program |

Running Start will get you to your first or your next 5k ready to run strong. This 6 to 8 week program begins with an assessment of your aerobic fitness level to set your starting level. Your program is tailored to this level and builds your endurance level in 4 to 6 weeks. The final 2 weeks develop and sharpen your racing skills.
With Running Start, you will experience true personalized running coaching. Your program will be designed for your starting point and for your goal! The Season to Run program resources will be available to you as well. Podcasts with inside running info will put you on the fast track from newbie to experienced runner! Online forums give you a spot to discuss your running and a place to ask questions. If you live in the River Region, you can opt to train with a Season to Run group or participate in a Run Ignited group run.
