Run Ignited! is personalized running coaching with a multi-prong approach that will have you running personal bests and feeling better on your training runs than ever before. Running improvement is more than just going out and running. It's knowing what kinds of runs will give you the performance you are looking for and it's gaining the knowledge that helps you reach your goals and feel your best.
With Run Ignited!, you get monthly running programs designed for your pace, your lifestyle and your goal. Using proven training techniques, these programs use training cycles to build and sharpen your running pace while helping to keep you injury free. Several unique components add to your running experience as well. Monthly informational sessions, available live in the River Region or as podcasts from our site, increase your knowledge about the sport you love and the body you own. Group runs are also scheduled monthly to help you meet other runners in the area and try different forms of running, including track sessions, trail runs, and point-to-point runs.
Your monthly fee also includes a one-on-one session with your coach to answer questions about your program and to ensure that your program is tracking to YOUR goals. Monthly feedback provides the information needed to feed into your next month's program, so you know it's always working to get you where you're going!
