Running HAS been a gift for me. After numerous failed attempts as a teenager, young adult and
mother, at the age of 48, I became a runner! Slow and steady is the best way to class my
running, but as I've progressed, I've studied both how to create a new runner and
how to better an existing one. Now a certified coach through
RRCA, I'm eager to help you find YOUR passion for running. From beginner to experienced
distance runner, I'm looking to help you reach your running goals.
Running programs include:

Season to Run! Has every attempt to run failed? Have you
never tried because it seems to hard? Do you want to return to a long-gone running
program and need some support to do it? Season to Run, Ignite's unique 13 week program
gives you the knowledge, practice and group support to go from zero to 5k. Then, the
group runs a local race together and cheers each other on!

Running Start! Are you in a little better shape or
unable to attend group runs in the Wetumpka area? Running Start is designed to provide
personalized support to beginning runners who need something different than S2R offers.
If you have some experience, but want to build a great base for the 5k distance, or
would like to work with a coach through email for a beginning program, check out Running Start!

Run Ignited! Personalized Coaching in an affordable package!
Run Ignited! provides multiple elements to support your growing running passion. Do you
want to build to 10k, half-marathon or beyond? Run faster? or just find better ways to
deepen your affair with this spectacular sport? Run Ignited! provides training plans,
cross-training advice, group runs and group training meetings. It's available both as a
local program and as an online service.

Runners' XTra Cross training for runners by runners! Is running
your passion? At Ignite!, it's a passion, too. Runners' Xtra is designed for the strengthening,
flexibility, agility and power you need as a long-distance or speed runner. Available as
monthly program or personal training sessions.

Custom coaching For those with specific needs for coaching
beyond the offered program, Ignite! offers custom coaching at personal training rates.
Whether it's designing specific programs to reach specific goals or dealing with restarting
a program after an injury, Ignite! brings proven principles of training to your situation.
